Delivery Issues
- Lost or Damaged Packages: Phone Zone ,is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Shipping Cost
Customers are responsible for the Shipping Costs associated with returning an item for exchange. Any Shipping Cost incurred for exchanges or returns are to be borne by the customer .
